update 1.2 / done 11-11-13 a fix for a giltch that somewhere you could get under the map

update 1.3 / done 11-23-13 a fix for 2 giltches 1-in the center building area
where the water tower is and 1-where you could somehow gain access out of the 
playable area.

Backlot 3 is just a quick remake allowing rooftop access, a few open buildings & 3 small tunnel's
all leading to the new construction building. Also added some birds (weather hawks & seagulls) along
with some rain, lightning & thunder (from Ray's tut at Mappers United)!
